Administrator Quality Practice Standard - Rocky View Schools

Picture
"The role of the school administrator in the 21st Century is evolving. Sophisticated and extensive knowledge, skills, and attributes are required of school leaders in order to achieve their responsibilities to meet the expectations of their communities." (Rocky View Schools - Administrator Quality Practice Standard)
The attached pages will highlight some of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes I have acquired in this, my beginning year as an administrator. Although I have siloed each of the Principal Quality Standards, I recognize that each conversation, activity, lesson, and duty, have all been woven into my experience as an administrator and that each one is dependent on other. My own learning, along with the Principal Quality Standard, has created the tapestry of my experience.
