Introduction

The administrator builds trust and fosters positive working relationships on the basis of appropriate values and ethical foundations, within the school community, i.e. students, teachers and other staff, parents/guardians, school council members and others who have an interest in the school.

- Worked on the planning committee for High School Redesign implementation

With the University of Calgary:
- Acted as Liasion for partner/student teachers

With RVS Community:
- Worked on both the Superintendent's Working Committee for Policy and Human Resources
- Involved in the RVS Instructional Leadership Academy
- Worked with other administrators of our feeder schools to talk about issues and to make the Grade 8 to 9 transition smooth

With SCHS:
- Lead and participated in Learning Walks

- Hallway conversations with both teachers and students
